The Creative Director leads the brand and campaign team, shaping how GO Engineering is seen by insurers, brokers, and owners. The role keeps creative work aligned across departments, from survey reporting to client communication, and keeps raising the standard of what we publish.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, or a related field.
• 4 years of experience leading brand, campaign, or content teams.
• A portfolio of work for professional services, insurance, or technical brands.
• Clear writing and art direction, with the judgment to keep complex work simple.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative team so campaign, web, and report design stay consistent with the brand.
• Direct day-to-day creative work, including concepts, reviews, and final delivery.
• Work with survey, claims, and client teams so published material is accurate.
• Plan campaigns and content that explain our work clearly to insurers and brokers.
